What it does
JossJobs pulls verifiable facts out of a job posting — candidate-independent, so the same posting always yields the same facts regardless of who's looking at it. Eligibility (geography, employment type, work authorization) is checked with deterministic logic, not a language model. Any claim it makes about a posting has to trace back to the actual posting text, or it's marked unverified rather than presented as fact. Fit and ranking against a real candidate profile happen last, on top of that verified layer.
Why we're building it this way
Most job-search tools either scrape keywords or trust a model's summary at face value. JossJobs is built around the opposite instinct: verify before trusting, and don't reach for a model call when deterministic logic can do the job — cheaper, faster, and easier to audit. It's the same approach we bring to AI-enabled work for clients.
